I just revisited the site to nominate another website for a different category, but got a message saying that because I'd already done a nomination I couldn't nominate anyone again until next year. Is this the case? I hadn't time to browse the rest of the categories or think about them as I was concentrating on my own entry, and I thought I'd be able to re-visit the nominations site at other times up to closing date.
